Fall Festival 2022 at El Modena

Updated: Dec 2, 2022

The Fall Festival is a celebration and display of the arts. The art ranges from sculptures and ceramics to dancing, singing, and acting.

At the entrance of the Nature Center, there are ofrendas, offerings for the dead, to celebrate Día de Muertos, or day of the dead.

Taking a left inside the Nature Center there are ceramics of creative pumpkins and plant pots that are for sale done by Mr. Bearman's ceramics class.

Scattered around the Nature Center, there are spooky sculptures made in Mrs. Wangs art class as well as a board displaying all the wonderful shots done by Mr. Phun's photography class.

Moving on are the performing arts by Mrs. Gillen's class. Plays and sketches were shown: a Twilight based play written and acted by Bree Laura in addition of two students and three girls sitting on chairs on the phone having a conversation in an argutive tone that seems to be based off of Mean Girls .
